The average ice thickness in winter is about 20 centimeters. The reservoir is home to bream, carp, perch, silver crucian carp, pike, grass carp, pike perch, and others.

Shatsk Lakes

They are located among the forests of the northwestern part of the Kovel district of Volyn region.
