Get Out

The movie Get Out directed by Jordan Peele became the leader of the rating of the best horror films of the last decade.

This is reported by the FilmPro with a reference to a MOMRI study. It is noted that with a budget of $4.5 million, the movie grossed $255 million. In addition, it received an Oscar for Best Original Screenplay (to watch the trailer, scroll down to the end of the news).

Ari Aster's Hereditary took the second place. According to experts, it "combines the most spectacular tools of the genre: obsession, rituals, an ominous curse, and much more." Then comes Andres Muschietti's It, based on the book by Stephen King.

The top ten also includes the films The Witch, The Conjuring, The Babadook, Cabin in the Woods, A Quiet Place, Train to Busan, and The Lighthouse.

By the way, the rating was based on the choice of editors, film critics, viewers, box office results and the opinion of the channel's editor-in-chief.
