Cauliflower is a very tasty and valuable vegetable that can be the basis for making delicious and healthy soups, as well as warm salads and casseroles.
A cook shared a recipe for delicious baked cauliflower with cheese and spices on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- cauliflower
- olive/sunflower oil
- salt
- ketchup/tomato paste
- Provence herbs
- cheese
- spinach (optional)
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the cabbage well and cut it into 1-2 cm thick slices. Put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
2. Brush with vegetable oil, salt, add ketchup and sprinkle with Provencal herbs.
3. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Top with cheese and bake for another 5 minutes (convection setting)!
