Ingredients:
- crab sticks - 300 g
- boiled eggs - 2 pcs
- hard cheese or mozzarella - 100 g
- raw egg - 1 pc
- salt, pepper - to taste
- paprika - 1 tsp
- oil - for frying
- breadcrumbs - 100 g
- sour cream for serving
Method of preparation:
1. Beat all the ingredients in a blender. It is best to divide them first and beat in parts.
2. With wet hands dipped in water, form cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil on each side for 3-4 minutes.
3. Serve with sour cream!
