Tastier than Kyiv cake: the fastest homemade cake without dough and baking
If you want to make a delicious homemade cake very quickly, but without dough and baking, cookies, as well as pita bread, jelly, and bird's milk are a great alternative.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious homemade cake without baking and without making dough.
Ingredients:
For the crumble:
- 300 g flour
- 60 g of sugar
- 120 g of butter
- a pinch of salt
For the cream:
- 500 g of 20% sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp. starch
- 20 g of vanilla sugar
- 50 g of butter
- 120 g of sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Grind the soft butter, sugar, flour and a pinch of salt into crumbs, which are fried in a dry frying pan, stirring until golden brown (about 5 minutes). Set aside to cool.
2. Cream: mix eggs, starch, sour cream, sugar, and cook the cream, stirring constantly until it thickens. As soon as the first boiling bubbles appear, cook for another 30 seconds. Remove from the heat, add vanilla sugar, butter and stir until smooth.
3. Set aside 4 tbsp of the crumbs to sprinkle on top of the cake, and divide the rest into 4 parts. Also divide the hot cream into 4 parts.
4. Assemble the cake: put some of the crumbs on the bottom of the mold, top with hot cream, and repeat 4 times. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for a few hours.
