Tastier than cutlets: chicken rolls with bacon and cheese
- chicken fillet
- hard cheese
- herb mixture
- tomato sauce
- salt to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet, pound it like chops.
2. Sprinkle with spices, put a slice of cheese inside and roll it up, wrap each with bacon and brush with tomato sauce.
3. Put the rolls in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 C.
