Ingredients:
- beets - 3 pcs.
- pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- hard cheese - 100 g
- garlic - 2 cloves
- canned peas - 100 g
- mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Bake the beets and cut into small cubes. Cucumbers also diced.
2. Grate the cheese and drain the marinade from the peas.
3. Mix all the ingredients, add mayonnaise, and toss.
