Salads are the best dish for a tasty and healthy lunch and dinner. Salads are best prepared with seasonal vegetables, adding herbs, eggs, seafood, oil, not mayonnaise.

The cook shared a recipe for a delicious and healthy celery salad with apple and pineapple on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • Celery root 300 g
  • Apple 1/2 pc
  • Pineapple 2 tbsp (canned)
  • Raisins 2 tbsp (soak for 30 minutes)

Dressing:

  • Lime or lemon juice 1 tbsp.
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Mustard 1/2 tsp (sweet)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Peel and grate the celery root, use a Korean carrot grater for aesthetic appearance. Cut the apple and pineapple.

2. Dressing: mix all the ingredients.

3. Mix all the ingredients of the dressing well until they are evenly dissolved and only then season the salad with the dressing.
