Ingredients:
- Celery root 300 g
- Apple 1/2 pc
- Pineapple 2 tbsp (canned)
- Raisins 2 tbsp (soak for 30 minutes)
Dressing:
- Lime or lemon juice 1 tbsp.
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Mustard 1/2 tsp (sweet)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Peel and grate the celery root, use a Korean carrot grater for aesthetic appearance. Cut the apple and pineapple.
2. Dressing: mix all the ingredients.
3. Mix all the ingredients of the dressing well until they are evenly dissolved and only then season the salad with the dressing.
