Safe homemade shawarma for a snack: prepared without mayonnaise and in just 10 minutes

The cook shared a recipe for a delicious homemade shawarma with fillet, vegetables, and no mayonnaise on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 2 pita breads
- 1 chicken fillet, a little butter, spices
- 1 tomato
- 100 g of Korean carrots
- 3-4 leaves of iceberg lettuce or other lettuce to your taste
Sauce:
- 1.5 tbsp of sour cream, 1/3 tsp of mustard
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the fillet, cut into pieces.
2. Chop the vegetables randomly.
3. Mix everything for the sauce.
4. Spread the sauce on the pita bread, and top it with the meat, vegetables, and sauce again. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
