Ingredients:
- 350 g of cottage cheese
- 40 g of butter
- 50 g of powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp of freeze-dried raspberry powder
- 150 g of black/milk/white chocolate
- 25 ml of oil
- freeze-dried raspberries and strawberries
Method of preparation:
1. Add powdered sugar, melted butter and freeze-dried raspberry powder to the cottage cheese. It will give it a rich raspberry flavor and aroma.

2. Using a blender, beat everything until smooth, transfer the mass to a pastry bag and fill the molds. If you do not have molds, you can form the bars with cling film.
Preparation.
3. Put in the freezer for 1-2 hours.

4. When they are frozen, prepare the glaze: melt chocolate with butter in a microwave or in a water bath.

5. Take the bars out of the mold, cover with the glaze and immediately garnish with freeze-dried berries.
