On the morning of November 25, Russian occupation forces fired a missile at the Kyiv district of Kharkiv. A fire broke out at the site of the hit, damaging dozens of buildings and injuring 19 people

This was reported by Mayor Ihor Terekhov. According to him, the explosion in the regional center occurred at about 08:30 in the area of dense residential buildings.

Initially, six people were reported injured, but later the number of victims increased to ten, and then to 13.

Nine of them were hospitalized. The rest of the victims were treated on the spot.

"Arriving in the yards, surrounded by multi-storey buildings. Outbuildings and cars were on fire. All relevant services and volunteers are working," Terekhov said.

The head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleh Syniehubov, added that a fire broke out on one of the central streets of Kharkiv as a result of the strike. Civilian infrastructure and cars were damaged.

According to the updated information from the RMA at 09:30, the number of victims increased to 15. They said that the shell hit the ground. Rescuers localized the fire as a result of enemy shelling.

In the city, three cars and the facade of a two-story non-residential building were on fire, 41 houses were damaged.

According to preliminary data, the enemy attacked Kharkiv with an S-400 missile system. As of 10:30 a.m., the number of casualties is 19.

"Among them are 13 women and six men aged 21 to 71. 16 victims are in moderate condition, the rest are in light condition. 13 people were hospitalized," noted Syniehubov.

The enemy shelling hit the courtyards of residential high-rise buildings. As OBOZ.UA reported, on the afternoon of November 13, Russia attacked Kharkiv with drones. One of the UAVs hit a residential building in the Saltovsky district of the city, damaging dozens of cars and injuring people.
