Riding at high speed in reverse: video of an uncontrolled tram damaging a dozen cars in Kyiv appeared online

During the massive accident on Hlybochytska Street in Kyiv, an uncontrolled tram was riding at high speed in reverse along the track. At one of the turns, it almost derailed and hit a car.

The corresponding post was published on social media. There were victims of the accident.

"A video of the moment from Hlybochytska Street when a tram without a driver was heading down the street at high speed in reverse appeared online. Eyewitnesses said that the vehicle slightly derailed near the bus stop, which is located on a hill," the report said.

Videos posted on social media show a tram reversing down the street at high speed. At some point, it rams a white car at a bend and continues to move on. It is noted that at that time there were no passengers in the public transport, and the driver, according to eyewitnesses, was fixing the door.

On Tuesday, August 6, an accident involving a tram and at least 10 cars occurred on Hlybochytska Street in Kyiv. The accident caused a traffic jam, and there are preliminary reports of injuries.
