Resistance in the occupied part of Zaporizhzhia has become more targeted and effective - Fedorov
After two years of occupation of a part of Zaporizhzhia region, it may seem that local resistance to the invaders has become less. But this is not the case. On the contrary, resistance to the occupiers has become more effective.
This is the opinion of Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration. He emphasized that guerrilla actions continue even in the face of constant raids and general occupation terror.
"Many people are afraid. Therefore, if special operations are carried out, they are targeted and effective. As, for example, last week in Enerhodar, a car with the head of ZNPP security was destroyed. So has the resistance disappeared? No, it has not disappeared. It has become more targeted and effective," he explained.
In general, according to Fedorov, "the situation at ZNPP is consistently critical."
"No civilized person can control what is happening there. We understand that the IAEA, being there, is not able to control the situation. It can only monitor, not control. These are completely different things. Therefore, we have to expect the worst case scenario. The enemy can do anything at Zaporizhzhia NPP, any provocation," he said.
According to Fedorov, in the occupied part of Zaporizhzhia, "the enemy is trying to blur our identity," and young people suffer the most from the occupation, because "the enemy is trying to brainwash them with its propaganda."
"But there is no doubt that we will return to these territories. Our greatest value is the people who remained there, whom we must liberate from enemy captivity," assures the head of the OVA.
As reported by OBOZ.UA, on October 2, a car carrying a traitor judge Vitaliy Lomeiko was blown up in occupied Berdiansk. The explosion killed the collaborator.
It was also reported that collaborator Pavel Ishchuk was liquidated in Berdiansk, who was appointed "deputy mayor" of the captured city.
