Putin sees himself in the Mausoleum instead of Lenin: Chalyi talks about the secret motives of the Russian dictator

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has a secret desire that guides his actions. He wants to take Lenin's place in the Mausoleum on Red Square in Moscow after his death and become one of the few dictators in the world to be honored in this way.

That is why a strike on the Mausoleum would have an extremely powerful psychological impact on Putin. This opinion was expressed in an interview with OBOZ.UA by Valerii Chalyi, former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the United States in 2015-2019, Chairman of the Board of the Ukrainian Crisis Media Center.

He noted that the Mausoleum on Red Square in Moscow has almost sacred significance for Putin. Therefore, a strike on it would be equivalent to a strike on the "decision-making center."

"One hit to the Mausoleum, where Putin wants to lie down. And he really wants to, that's why he doesn't destroy it," the diplomat shared his thoughts.

He added that the Russian dictator dreams of becoming the only "resident" of the Mausoleum.

"Let me remind you that many people do not know that there was a period when there was Lenin and Stalin. They were lying together. Well, Putin will not allow this. And the only reason he can't stand this dead man, this mummy... He wants to lie there so that he can be the tsar he later became. There are not many such people who are lying in mausoleums around the world," said Chalyi.

He also added that there are currently four dictators' bodies in mausoleums around the world. And Putin wants to join this "company."

"You can see this simply by all his reactions to proposals that are made from time to time to take Lenin out of the mausoleum, to destroy it all. No, they keep him there. Therefore, a strike on the Mausoleum, a strike on Red Square would be very good psychologically," Chalyi explained the reasons why the Defense Forces should attack the Kremlin.

Earlier, it was reported that Putin canceled the alternative Olympics. The so-called Friendship Games, which were scheduled for next year, were canceled by a special decree of the dictator until further notice.
