Potato halushky with meat and scallions that are tastier than dumplings
Potatoes are a versatile vegetable that can be the basis for mashed potatoes, soups, pies, appetizers, pancakes, and even cutlets. It can also used for zrazy and halushky.
- potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
- egg -1 pc.
- flour - 3-5 tbsp. l
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
- any minced meat - 200 g
- fried onions - 1 pc.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil and mash potatoes. Add egg, flour, and salt. Mix.
2. Roll the dough into a sausage, cut it into pieces, and sprinkle with flour.
3. To make the filling, pass the boiled meat through a meat grinder. Dice onion, fry until golden brown and add to the minced meat. Mix well.
4. Roll out each piece of dough, put the filling in it, shape them and cook until they float.
Serve with bacon and herbs!
