Food blogger Victoria Kozina shared a step-by-step recipe for dumpling dough with the exact proportions of all the ingredients on TikTok. The result is a choux pastry with which neither dumplings nor varenyky will ever fall apart.

Ingredients

  • flour - 500 g
  • eggs - 1 pc
  • salt - ½ tsp
  • boiling water - 250 ml
  • oil - 25 ml

The method of preparation

1. Sift the flour into a deep bowl.

2. Add the egg, salt and oil. Knead the dough with a spatula.

3. Add boiling water and knead first with a spatula and then with your hands.

4. Knead for 3-4 minutes.

5. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and leave for 10 minutes.
