Ingredients
- oatmeal - 50 g
- banana - 1 pc
- egg - 1 pc
- cottage cheese
- condensed milk
Method of preparation
1. Add an egg and half a banana to the oatmeal. Mash with a fork and stir.
2. Fry in a dry pan on each side for 3-4 minutes.
3. Put the cheese and the other half of the banana, chopped into circles, on one half of the pancake.
4. Cover with the other half, pour condensed milk over and serve.
