Ingredients:

  • Pineapple 100 g (can be canned)
  • Tomato 1 pc
  • Red onion 1/2 pc
  • Hot pepper (Serrano, Jalapeno) 1/2 pc
  • Lime juice 2 tsp
  • Cilantro 1.5 tbsp

Method of preparation:

1. Finely chop the pineapple, tomato, onion, and pepper.

2. Mix all the ingredients.

3. Season with salt, lime juice, and chopped cilantro.
