Ingredients:
- Pineapple 100 g (can be canned)
- Tomato 1 pc
- Red onion 1/2 pc
- Hot pepper (Serrano, Jalapeno) 1/2 pc
- Lime juice 2 tsp
- Cilantro 1.5 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the pineapple, tomato, onion, and pepper.
2. Mix all the ingredients.
3. Season with salt, lime juice, and chopped cilantro.
