Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet – 400 g
  • Onion – 1 pc
  • Carrots – 0.5 pcs
  • Cream – 120 ml
  • Bulgur – 160 g
  • Water – 1.5 – 2 cups
  • Salt, spices

Method of preparation:

1. First, fry the chicken fillet, add salt and paprika, then add the chopped onions and carrots, stir, and simmer for a few minutes.

2. Next, pour the cream over the chicken and add the washed bulgur, water, and salt, stir, cover, and cook until the water evaporates (15-20 minutes).

It is better to eat the finished dish hot!
