In addition to porridge or soup, pumpkin can be used to make delicious sweets. We're talking about pumpkin candies. The dessert is not difficult to prepare - you only need two main ingredients.
- peeled pumpkin - 1.5 kg
- sugar - 400 g
- juice of 1 lemon
Method of preparation:
1. First, peel the pumpkin from the skin and pulp, cut it into small cubes and put it into a saucepan.
4. Next, put the pumpkin pieces in a dehydrator and dry for 12-14 hours at 60 degrees. Enjoy!
