A cook shared a recipe for delicious buckwheat with chicken, greens, and cheese on Instagram.
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- chicken fillet - 1 pc
- buckwheat - 1/2 cup
- onion - 1 pc
- carrot - 1 pc
- sweet pepper - 1 pc
- boiling water or broth
- spices to taste
- oil for frying (you can also use ghee or butter)
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the vegetables and add the chicken fillet. Add the washed buckwheat, fry quickly and add spices.
2. Pour boiling water or broth over, add oil and cover for 15 minutes. Add cheese and cover again for a few minutes.
Sprinkle with greens and serve!
