No baking, no sugar, no dough: the easiest and most delicious homemade jelly cake
If you want to make a delicious dessert, but without dough and baking, choose jelly, bird's milk, pita bread, waffles for the base.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious jelly cake that is very quick to prepare.
Ingredients:
- 20 g gelatin
- 400 g of sour cream 20%
- 50 ml of water
- 100 powdered sugar
- orange jelly 1 pack
- water 250 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Pour warm water over the gelatin and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Sour cream should be at room temperature. Add the powdered sugar, melted gelatin and mix everything, you can add more vanilla sugar if desired.
3. Pour the mixture into the mold and refrigerate until it is completely set. Pour hot water over the orange jelly and stir.
4. Next, place the tangerine slices on the creamy layer. Pour a few spoonfuls of jelly over the tangerines and refrigerate to prevent them from rising. Then pour the remaining jelly and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
