The premium Audi brand has been lowered a bit in the price list of the Volkswagen Group. To do this, they created another brand specifically for new models that will become cheaper.
The photo shows the first model – AUDI E concept. Details about the car were revealed to Motor1. If you still have a question about the name of the new brand, the answer is AUDI. That's right, identical to the original, but with a capslock and without the usual four-ring logo.
In order not to go into speculation about the unexpected naming, it is better to omit this point right away. It is worth noting that the manufacturer explains its decision by both the desire to demonstrate the influence of Audi's DNA and to bring novelty that the new brand reflects. The design of the AUDI E concept is simple and neutral.

The E concept is the first car to be officially declassified. It is a long 5-meter wagon that does not show any characteristic design elements. The electric power plant produces 764 hp.

It is not yet known whether this particular electric car will go into production (or remain a prototype for the new line), but a total of three models are expected by the end of 2025. The new AUDI brand was created specifically to enter the Chinese market.
The cars are being developed together with SAIC to fully meet Chinese preferences. In order to compete with local companies, AUDI models will be offered at lower prices than the usual cars of the premium German manufacturer.
