Netflix promises the best ending in history: what is known about the last season of Stranger Things

The hit Netflix fantasy series Stranger Things will soon come to an end. And fans of the show are already worried that the end of the story may disappoint them.

Tom's Guide collected everything known about the finale. It is known that the ending was praised by Jim Hopper himself, whom actor David Harbour play. During the recording of the Happy Sad Confused podcast, he called the end of the story "the best episode we've ever done."

Harbour noted that he "can be very critical of this show". "The end of this episode when we were reading it — just us reading it — about halfway through, people started crying. Then about the last 20 minutes, it was just uncontrollably crying, waves of different people. Noah Schnapp being my favorite," the actor said.

He also recalled that at the beginning of filming, many of the actors were 11-12 years old. And now 10 years have passed. The kids who have grown up have read the ending of the story, and, according to Harbour, they thought it was "well done and so beautiful". "It's such a great episode, and it's such a great season. You guys will love it," he promised.

There is no official release date for the final season of Stranger Things yet. However, it is known that Netflix will release it in 2025, three years after the fourth one.

Almost nothing is known about the plot of the fantasy show's ending. However, we do know about new actors who will appear in the last episodes. It will be the Terminator star Linda Hamilton, as well as Nell Fisher, Jake Connelly and Alex Breaux.
