Medvedchuk's luxury watch with the Kremlin and Marchenko's portrait sold for millions in Ukraine. Photo
The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has auctioned off eight collectible watches belonging to collaborator Viktor Medvedchuk, including some with images of his wife Oksana Marchenko, and the Kremlin. The agency managed to earn almost UAH 3.6 million.
This was reported by the ARMA itself. They noted that
- "The watches were bought on the first day of the auction;
- a total of 20 watches were put up for sale;
- 18 bidders took part in the auction.
"The first to be sold was a Rolex watch with a starting price of UAH 416,583. It was sold for UAH 550 thousand as a result of the auction," the statement said.
The most expensive of the sold watches, it is emphasized, was a copy of the Patek Philippe brand. It was sold for over UAH 1.271 million.

- Patek Philippe – for over UAH 1,271. The starting price was the same.
- Parmigiani Fleurier with the image of "Oksana Marchenko" – for UAH 485 thousand. The starting price was UAH 302,629.
- Dolce & Gabbana – for UAH 233,777. The starting price is 219,136 UAH.
- "Moscow Kremlin – for UAH 105,678. The starting price is UAH 17,474.
- Rolex – for UAH 700,001. The starting price was UAH 54,7328.
- Rolex – for UAH 550,000. Starting price – 416 583 UAH.
- Cartier – UAH 200,001. The starting price is UAH 162,500.
- "State Reserve of Ukraine – UAH 41,500. The starting price is UAH 2,597.
The total sales amounted to almost UAH 3.6 million. The proceeds of the sale
- "will go to the state budget;
- "will be used to purchase military bonds in the future".
"The other 12 watches will also be sold at auction, which will be announced later. Thus, the ARMA will support the Armed Forces of Ukraine by effectively managing the property of a traitor to Ukraine," the ARMA said.
