This is one of the easiest options for New Year's nail art. Cover your nails with black varnish and make it matte. Next, apply glossy black drops on several nails to imitate the scales of a dragon's skin. You're done!
6. Dragon skin
First, cover your nails with a dark varnish and apply any rubbing agent. The next step is to do the foam manicure we mentioned above. Does it look like dragon scales? There is a hint of this animal, but there is no picture of it - ideal for those who prefer abstraction.
7. Delicate abstractions
It is not difficult to achieve an effect like the one in the photo below: just cover your nails with a "background" color, and then, without waiting for it to dry, apply a few drops of contrasting varnish and "stretch" them to look like scales. You can choose absolutely any color for this manicure.
