Ingredients:
- 500 g of puff pastry
- 350 g of frozen cherries
- 40 ml of water
- 4-5 tbsp of sugar
- 2 tbsp of cornstarch
- 1 egg yolk + sugar for dusting
Method of preparation:
1. Put the cherries in a saucepan, add water, sugar, starch and mix well. Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool.
