Lazy pita bread pasties with minced meat and cheese: a recipe for a snack
Chebureks are a very satisfying and tasty dish based on dough and minced meat. But you can easily replace the dough with pita bread, which will make the dish much easier to prepare! To make the meat filling juicy, add a little water to the minced meat!

Ingredients:
- 400 g of minced chicken
- 1 egg
- 70 ml of water
- 1/2 medium onion
- herbs, salt, pepper
- 200 g of hard cheese
- 10 round pita breads
- 1 egg to grease the sides
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the minced meat with onion, water, eggs, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Filling for the dish
2. Put the minced meat on one part of the pita bread, and grated cheese on top, brush the sides with egg yolk, and cover with the second part.
