Ingredients:
- pita bread – 1 package
- 4 eggs
- 300 ml of milk
- 1/3 tsp of salt
- 200 g of cottage cheese
- 100 g each: mozzarella, cottage cheese, and feta cheese
- + 100 g of mozzarella for sprinkling on top
- a piece of butter
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with salt, add milk, mix.

2. Grate the hard cheese, mozzarella and feta cheese, add the cottage cheese, and mix.

3. Dip the pita bread pieces in the egg mixture, put them in the mold, top with the filling, and so on until you run out of ingredients.
