Subscribers of all Ukrainian mobile operators can receive information about the services provided for the required period, free of charge. This way, you can control where the money from your account has gone.

This was reported by the National Commission for the State Regulation of Electronic Communications, Radio Frequency Spectrum and Postal Services (NCCS). They noted that the operator must provide this information in the form of a decrypted bill.

The report also emphasizes that the operator must indicate a number of items. In particular:

  • subscriber number;
  • type of service;
  • the scope of services provided;
  • the amount of money to be paid for each communication session.

"Please note that the decrypted bill is provided only to identified subscribers (registered or contract). Electronic communication services provided impersonally/anonymously are not subject to decryption," the NCCC said.

The report can be obtained through the mobile application of your operator. You can also go to its store.

At the same time, Kyivstar, lifecell, and Vodafone subscribers can find out all the information about their tariffs directly from the operators. If, for example, they missed a notification about changes in their tariff plans or simply forgot some details.

For example, lifecell subscribers can dial *141# on their phones. You can use this number to reorder a package of services for your tariff plan and get information about

  • change of tariff plan;
  • roaming offers.

Kyivstar subscribers can find out all the information about their tariff in several ways. In particular:

  • by calling *100*01*2#;
  • by logging in to the website and going to the Tariffs page;
  • in the My Kyivstar application;
  • by calling 466*66.

Vodafone subscribers can find out the details of their tariff offer in several ways. To do this, you should

  • dial *101#;
  • call 111*1.

You can also find the terms of your tariff here. To check the validity of the monthly package and the balance of services at the tariff, call *101*4#.

As OBOZ.UA reported, changing the tariff of a mobile operator can be a profitable solution if the current plan does not meet your needs. For example, Kyivstar subscribers can do this in several ways, including in the operator's stores.
