Klychko tells about the restoration of residential buildings in Kyiv damaged by Russian shelling
The process of restoring the capital's buildings damaged by Russian missile attacks is underway in Kyiv. In the near future, the city will repair two buildings in the Holosiivskyi district that were heavily damaged by shelling on February 7.
This was announced by Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klychko on the Kyiv TV channel. The work will be carried out after receiving the necessary expert opinions.
"In the near future, the capital will restore the houses at 60 and 62 Akademika Zabolotnoho Street in Holosiivsky district, which were significantly damaged by the rocket attack on February 7. Two days after the tragedy, a preliminary examination report was ready. A detailed examination is currently underway, which will result in a project for the restoration of the buildings. Also, the city authorities will hold regular meetings with initiative groups of residents on the progress of the reconstruction," Klychko said.
The Kyiv mayor also noted that the city authorities plan to raise an additional UAH 20 million from international partners for the house at 7 Mokra Street in Solomiansky district. It was damaged by a Russian attack in January this year. The building will be restored at the expense of the city budget, and the thermal modernization will be carried out with the help of partners.
In total, about 20 residential buildings that were most affected by the shelling of Russian barbarians have been restored in the capital today - residents have already returned to their apartments.
As reported by OBOZ.UA, it may take 6 to 12 months to repair a house in Kyiv's Solomyansky district damaged by Russian missile fragments. It is important that the affected apartment owners leave requests for restoration in the Diia app.
