About nine thousand children are planned to be taken from the Belgorod region of Russia, where the Russian volunteers continue their raid on the way to other regions of Russia. In this regard, Russians threw a real tantrum online because of the attacks on the Belgorod region and threatened retaliatory attacks on the territory of Ukraine.
According to the governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, the children are to be taken to Penza, Tambov, Kaluga and the Stavropol Territory of the Russian Federation in the coming days. In total, Russian media report that 16 people were killed and 98 wounded in the Belgorod region during the week of shelling.
"We are currently resettling most of the villages, and we are planning to evacuate about 9 thousand children from Belgorod, Belgorodsky, Shebekinsky, and Grayvoronsky districts," Gladkov said, noting that an evacuation system has already been developed.
