International organizations have opened vacancies in Ukraine with salaries starting from UAH 100 thousand: whom they are looking for
In Ukraine, the State Employment Center and HR portals have posted hundreds of vacancies from international organizations. At the same time, governmental and non-governmental international organizations offer salaries that are significantly higher than the average in Ukraine.
This is stated in these ads. The highest salary in the Unified Vacancy Portal of the State Employment Center is offered to a security specialist – UAH 209,100. The employer is a representative office of RFI/RL, Inc.
"5 years of experience in security, experience with the operation of electronic security systems. Professional certificates, fluency in English and Ukrainian. Ability to write reports in English. English language proficiency is required," the terms and conditions state.
A manager at "Mercy Corps" (a non-governmental organization) can earn UAH 132,000. It is a vacancy for the position of Analytical Department Manager. The requirements for candidates include a master's degree in a relevant field. Also:
- at least 7 years of experience in humanitarian/conflict/economic analysis, including at least 5 years in a managerial position;
- fluency in English.
An expert at "Care Deutschland" in Ukraine can earn UAH 115.1 thousand. The expert is responsible for the liaison and administration of all processes for the mapping of entities. Under the direct supervision of the Emergency Response Manager, he supports the implementation of the CARE emergency response mechanism.
At the International Committee of the Red Cross, an advisor in the Armed Forces Program Management Department can earn up to UAH 102 thousand.
To become a successful FAS Program Advisor in the Armed Forces and Security (FAS) Department, you must have the following qualifications and experience, as well as:
- Ukrainian citizenship or permanent residence permit in Ukraine;
- military/police background;
- higher education or professional diploma;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in planning military/police operations, legal or multinational operations, or civil-military cooperation;
- professional fluency in English, Ukrainian, and Russian;
- computer literacy;
- high knowledge of the geographical environment is a must;
- self-motivated with a strong commitment to teamwork and humanitarian principles.
As OBOZ.UA previously reported, the government of Ukraine approved Resolution No. 1332, which introduced a new requirement for booking employees. All critical enterprises must pay an average salary of at least 2.5 minimum wages (UAH 20 thousand) during the last quarter. Employees applying for the reservation will also have to have such a salary for at least a month of this quarter.
