Through anal sex

A cloaca is a "common opening" for urination, defecation, and reproduction. It is commonly seen in reptiles, birds, and even platypuses.

In humans, a special tissue divides the cloaca into two or three openings (depending on gender). But in rare cases, this tissue does not completely separate the rectum from the vaginal cavity.
