In Ukraine, they are ready to pay more than 35 thousand for work without experience: who is being sought

Experience is not always the main requirement for vacancies. Especially in the current environment, when there is a shortage of personnel in a number of areas. That's why employers are willing to hire people with no experience and invest in their training – and in some cases pay them about UAH 35 thousand and even more.

For example, on a popular job search site, you can find a vacancy for a sales assistant for mobile phones and accessories. They promise to pay from 35,000 to 40,000 UAH. According to the author of the ad, "no work experience is required" to get the position.

An IT company is looking for a chat manager with a salary of 15,000 to 40,000 UAH. "Work experience in online communication is not required, but will be a plus," the ad says.

A digital technology company is ready to pay UAH 24,000 to 36,000 to an online store manager. The requirements include fluency in computers, and basic knowledge of Excel and Word. Work experience in a similar position, it is noted, "will be an advantage."

English teachers are ready to be paid about 40 thousand

At the same time, English teachers can count on good earnings in Ukraine. The number of such vacancies on HR portals is several hundred, and some employers are willing to pay such specialists up to UAH 40,000.

For example, one of the schools is looking for a teacher with a salary of UAH 25,000 to 35,000. They will have to conduct classes for groups and individual clients in English using the Callan method (full immersion in the language environment).

As OBOZ.UA reported, copywriters can also count on good earnings. Some companies are willing to pay more than 50,000 UAH for such work.
