For accent lips, it's important to add shine. Makeup artists advise applying shiny shimmering shades over a nude base to make your lips look attractive. This life hack will also visually add volume. If you don't have a shimmering lip gloss in your makeup bag, try mixing a sheer gloss with a sparkling highlighter.
"Mix the lip gloss with the pigment on the back of your hand and then rub it into your skin to create a beautiful glow and make it the perfect complement to your makeup," Mariélle says.
