Ingredients:
- Tilapia or Pangamius fish 400 g
- Oil, seasoning for fish
- Rice 300 g
- Onion 1 pc
- Water 350 ml
- Cream 150 ml
- Spinach 2 handfuls
- Parmesan cheese 100 g
- Salt, pepper, garlic, lemon juice
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the fish, dry it, sprinkle with spices and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil on both sides.
2. Fry the onion, add the rice, water, cream, spinach, cheese and cook until the rice is tender.
3. Put the rice on the dish, top with the fish and serve!
