Ingredients
- eggplant - 3 pcs
- garlic - 1 head
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- tahini - 1 tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- cumin oil - 1 tbsp
- salt - to taste
- paprika, sesame seeds, greens - for serving
Method of preparation
1. Bake the eggplant and garlic at 200°C for ~40 minutes.
2. Let cool, cover with plastic wrap, and peel.
3. Beat with the rest of the ingredients in a blender.
4. Put it on a plate, add a little more oil, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and paprika.
