Homemade sausages that are healthier than store-bought: what to make

When you don't have much time to cook, sausages are a great solution. They need some kind of porridge and salad. But store-bought products contain very little meat, only dyes and preservatives. Therefore, the best idea is to make sausages yourself. This will be especially useful for children.
The idea of making homemade healthy sausages for children was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Ulyana with the nickname retsepty_dlya_ditey. It is based on dietary chicken meat.
Ingredients:
- carrots - 100 grams
- chicken fillet - 1 pc or thigh fillet 4 pcs
- eggs - 1 pc
- cream 30 or 33% - 2 tbsp full or 2.5 tbsp
- garlic - 1 clove
- spices (paprika, pepper, nutmeg, salt, you can use herbs
- hard cheese - 15 grams
- mozzarella cheese - add to the sausage
Method of preparation:
1. Grate carrots and 15 grams of hard cheese on a medium grater, add grated garlic.
2. Cut the fillet and beat well with a blender with cream until smooth.
3. Add grated carrots with cheese and egg.
4. Beat everything together 2-3 times.
5. Transfer the mass to a bowl and beat off (throw into a bowl).
6. Cover with foil and refrigerate for an hour.
7. Cut the baking sleeve.
8. Spoon out the mass and flatten the rectangle, add the grated cheese and roll the sausage, tying the sides. You can use molds.
9. If cooking immediately, cook in boiling water for 20-25 minutes. Cook frozen sausages for 35-40 minutes.
