Ingredients:

  • carrots - 100 grams
  • chicken fillet - 1 pc or thigh fillet 4 pcs
  • eggs - 1 pc
  • cream 30 or 33% - 2 tbsp full or 2.5 tbsp
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • spices (paprika, pepper, nutmeg, salt, you can use herbs
  • hard cheese - 15 grams
  • mozzarella cheese - add to the sausage

1. Grate carrots and 15 grams of hard cheese on a medium grater, add grated garlic.

2. Cut the fillet and beat well with a blender with cream until smooth.

4. Beat everything together 2-3 times.

5. Transfer the mass to a bowl and beat off (throw into a bowl).

6. Cover with foil and refrigerate for an hour.

7. Cut the baking sleeve.

8. Spoon out the mass and flatten the rectangle, add the grated cheese and roll the sausage, tying the sides. You can use molds.

9. If cooking immediately, cook in boiling water for 20-25 minutes. Cook frozen sausages for 35-40 minutes.
