Although summer tends to be more of a natural aesthetic, Walker predicts that bright red tones will remain on trend: "Red provides warmth and intensity to the hair. While it can be a bold choice, adding soft highlights that create a deep coppery red can create a beautiful natural color that complements different skin tones."

Experts expect peach tones to be the main colors this summer. Especially since peach is Pantone's color of the year. For those who prefer a vacation at sea, Walker recommends wetting their hair with plain water before swimming. "This helps your hair absorb less chlorine or salt water, reducing the risk of fading or color damage," she says.
