Ingredients:
- 100 g whole grain pasta
- 1 small chicken fillet
- 1/2 pack of arugula
- 100 g of mozzarella
- 10-15 cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 purple onion
Dressing:
- 2 tbsp. of yogurt from 1.5-8% f.c.
- 1 tsp. of pesto
- 1 tsp. of French mustard
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp.of oil
- 1/3 tsp. of dry garlic
- 20 g of parmesan cheese (optional)
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the pasta.
