The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very tasty, healthy, and satisfying salad with fillet, vegetables, and a delicious dressing.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 purple onion
- dill, parsley
For the dressing:
- oil
- 130 g of tomato puree
- 50 g of soy sauce
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp of smoked paprika
Method of preparation:
1. First, boil the chicken fillet.
2. Cut the vegetables into half rings, it is better to use red sweet pepper and purple onion.
3. Cut the finished fillet into strips.
4. For the dressing: combine all the ingredients in a frying pan and heat for 2 minutes over medium heat.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad, toss, and you're ready to eat!
