Healthy Raffaello sweets in 15 minutes: no flour, sugar or baking

The popular Raffaello coconut candies are very easy to make at home. It is interesting that they require only three main ingredients, and the dessert itself does not contain sugar, flour, or butter, and you don't even have to bake it.
Food blogger Kateryna Voloshyna (voloshyna.katrin) shared a recipe for healthy coconut sweets called Raffaello on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese (5%) - 300 g
- honey - 4 tbsp
- coconut flakes - 40 g
- almonds
Method of preparation:
1. First, mix the cottage cheese, honey and part of the coconut flakes. Mix with a blender.
2. From the resulting mass to form balls of medium size, if desired, you can wrap the almonds in the filling.
3. Roll the finished candies in coconut and leave in the refrigerator for one hour to stabilize. Bon appetit!
