Arugula, avocado, and fish are the best ingredients for delicious and healthy salads. It is best to dress such dishes with oil or soy or teriyaki sauce.

A cook shared a recipe for a very light, tasty and easy-to-prepare salad with fish and avocado on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 50 g of arugula
  • 4-5 cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g of lightly salted fish
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber

For the cream cheese:

  • 50 g of cream cheese
  • 10 g of 33% cream
  • salt

For the sauce:

  • 3 tbsp of vegetable oil

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the cucumber into slices, grease with cream cheese, and roll up.

2. Put the arugula on a plate, top with tomatoes, fish, avocado and cucumber rolls.

3. Drizzle with the sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds!
