- beets - 1 pc
- Feta cheese - 100 g
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- salt, pepper - to taste
- Italian herbs and feta cheese - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the beets, grate or cut into cubes.
2. Cut the cheese into cubes.
3. Put the beets on a dish, top with cheese, sprinkle with spices, pour lemon juice and add cheese.
