The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, easy and simple to prepare salad with shrimp, cheese, vegetables, and herbs.
Ingredients:
- shrimp
- salt, garlic, pepper
- mixed green - arugula and spinach
- cherry tomatoes
- parmesan cheese
- pine nuts
Dressing:
- 2-3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. mustard seeds
- juice of half an orange
- 1 tsp of honey
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the shrimp, add spices, and fry them until tender.
2. Mix everything for the dressing.
3. Put the greens on the dish, chop cherry tomatoes on top, and put shrimp on top. Pour the dressing and sprinkle with grated cheese.
