Healthy and light red cabbage salad: a recipe for a quick dinner
In the autumn, salads are best prepared with seasonal, healthy vegetables, among which cabbage occupies a special place, as it is healthy, budget-friendly and suitable for preparing various dishes.
- red cabbage - 1/2 head
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- corn - 1/2 can
- sour cream - 1 tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- herbs: dill, parsley - to taste
- pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the cabbage, add salt and rub it with your hands to soften it and make it juice.
2. Add the drained canned corn, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, finely chopped herbs and pepper, and mix until smooth.
