He smashed the reception of the Ministry of Social Policy because he could not find a wife: a native of Volyn will be tried in Kyiv. Photos and videos
A man who smashed up the reception center of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine will be tried in Kyiv. According to the investigation, he took this step because he could not find a wife.
This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office. Such actions are punishable by a fine or restraint of liberty.
"At the end of September this year, the man entered the ministry's reception area and suddenly began smashing windows with a chair and overturning office furniture and equipment, accompanying these actions with brutal language. Frightened employees and visitors barely managed to run outside and called the police. Later it turned out that the man was just passing through Kyiv. He is not registered with a psychiatrist or narcologist, has not done military service, and is not officially employed," the press service said.
As the prosecutor's office clarified, the man explained his aggression by his life troubles. He said that for a long time, he could not meet a decent woman and start a family, and in his opinion, state institutions did not want to help him in this matter.
The indictment against a 32-year-old native of Volyn region for committing hooliganism in the reception of citizens of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine has been sent to court for consideration on the merits. He faces a fine of UAH 17 thousand to UAH 34 thousand, or probationary supervision for up to 3 years, or restraint of liberty for the same period.
