Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes
- Pickled cucumber
- Herring
- Canned peas
- Blue onion
- Parsley and dill
- Oil and parsley
- Salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the potatoes in their skins. Peel and cut into cubes.
2. Dice the onion, herring, and pickled cucumber. Chop the herbs.
3. Mix all the ingredients, season with vegetable oil, salt and pepper, and mix.
