Ford postponed the modernization of its famous low-cost model
The famous Ford F-150 model is considered to be an inexpensive truck, the base vehicle of the manufacturer's truck line. The vehicle attracts buyers with its affordability and variety of configurations. However, the manufacturer decided to postpone a large-scale modernization.
Recently, the American pickup truck was officially unveiled after a planned minor update. However, the time has come to change the model's generation. According to Carscoops, this will happen later.
It is reported that the next major modernization of the Ford F-150 pickup truck will not be until 2028. The update plans have been postponed for at least one year from the previous schedule.
Buyers will have to wait for a new Ford pickup truck.

After the restyling of the 2023 model, the Ford F-150 retained the body of the current generation. The changes are concentrated in the front. Designers have prepared several design options for different modifications.
However, the changes did not help, and by the end of 2024, sales of the car dropped by 5%. This trend is likely to continue until the next pickup debuts.
